A very special well done to Dave and Rusty, Natalie and Kiros, Mark and Rubie and Sherie.  Thank goodness for u tube as unfortunately I missed the whole thing as when I arrived at my mum's for Christmas her Sky package no longer covers Eurosport (can you imagine my dismay when I realised the kids channel for my nieces was the package she had gone for this time around).    So for all those who missed the runs and all those who wish to see the above who are poetry in motion here is the link - one of them takes some time to load

Believe it or not, four Vapresto Belgians were used in the making of the film - it's just that only one of them was actually visible!

The dog with the red eyes was Millie - Frost and Blitz's litter sister, who was also running with them in Hogfather (and occasional agility dog!)

The unseen ones were Frost (who was stuck in the shadows helping out with the barking you could hear), Timber - the nephew (also in Hogfather), and our Delta.

The scene we were really hoping to see was Delta and Timber running right through the middle of the fight scene:  They had to dodge all the black-jackets, who were all shouting and waving guns and things, and all the real fires that were burning on the floor!  Delta loved it and looked quite disappointed to only have to do one practice and one real take!

Maybe it got cut because he looked too happy - and not scary enough! LOL

Beautiful scenery indeed.  Shame that if you blinked twice you'd miss both the shots of the Belgian (with bright red eyes).  I enjoyed the film, but would have really liked to have seen more of the Belgian Big smileLOLWink

The atmosphere at Olympia is eletric when you walk out there with the crowd.. its by far the best I have ever experienced and it sends Rusty off her head... which I love to see LOL
 
I knew Rust would have to put in a fast clear with Mark & Ruby running behind us as they are an amazing pair Smile

Thanks everyone.  I've not quite come down to earth yet Big smile. Olympia was a truely awsome experience. 
 
I think that the lucky fairy must of been on my side.  It's fair to say that it wasn't one of my best runs - I was really nervous, couldn't run fast enough and played it very safe - but Sherie had the run of her life, put the others under extreme pressure and they made mistakes trying to better her time.
 
You are quite correct, Ian, everyone was confused at the end.  Never, in the 31 years of Olympia finals, has there been a dead heat for 1st place and the times really were equal down to 1000th of a second not the 100th on the Olympia score board Shocked.
 
Well done Dave.  Your first run was amazing and your second was even better! Rusty is an absolute super star Star.
